My calfs, quads and hamstrings have been really tight these last two days. My friday run started out well. I was moving quickly, my lungs were keeping up and because the weather was so great I was having fun. Unfortunately it didn’t last. My left achilles began to get tight after about 30 minutes. By the 40th minute it was too sore to keep running so I walked home.
Bit of a let down, but my leg muscles are feeling much better today. I’ll go out again, maybe sunday evening or monday morning.
