Working again

Gnome LyX should compile again tonight. I just have to roll in the patch to fix implement the new TrackChanges dialog. It looks relatively easy to implement so I’ll just make a Gnome one tonight rather than linking in the xforms dialogs.

Angus is talking about making changes to the controllers code. Hopefully I won’t have to spend days porting the gnome frontend again. :)
